Shipping/Returns
Order Processing:
Every item in our shop is handmade. Due to the handmade nature of our business, we need time to cut, sew, label, and package every item ordered. We take pride in sending out high quality products that are made with the utmost care and attention. Our current turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. If you need an order sooner, please contact us at hello@applewhitelane.com to ensure we can fulfill your request. Please note - rush processing and shipping is subject to an additional $10.00 charge.
Shipping:
We ship daily! All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. All orders will include tracking which will be emailed to you once the shipping label is printed. Applewhite Lane is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once in the hands of USPS.
Returns/Exchanges:
We sincerely hope you love your Applewhite Lane purchase! Because each item is made to order and due to the limited nature of some products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales will be final. Please double check that you are purchasing the correct size and that you have included the correct shipping information before completing your purchase. Of course, if your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of shipping confirmation for an exchange. If an exchange is unavailable, your order will be refunded. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you at your cost.
Pre-order items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Defective pre-order item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
